Refund Policy

1. Principle

Webs.ie works on fixed-scope proposals. Our position on refunds is straightforward: work completed is payable; work not yet started may be cancelled at no cost.

2. Discovery & Strategy Calls

Initial 30-minute calls are free of charge. You can cancel or reschedule at any time without penalty.

3. Fixed-Fee Projects

• Before kick-off: 100% refund of any deposit paid.
• After kick-off, during design: the deposit covers discovery, strategy and initial concepts and is non-refundable.
• After design approval: the second invoice for build and launch is billed as planned.
• If we cannot deliver what was agreed in the proposal within a reasonable extension, you are entitled to a full refund of any unused fees.

4. Recurring Care Plans

• Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time with 7 days' notice before the next billing date.
• We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months, but your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
• Annual plans receive a pro-rata refund for unused full months, minus any usage-based costs.

5. Website Grant

The Monthly Website Grant is provided free of charge to the selected recipient. There is no fee, deposit or refund concept associated with a grant build. See the Grant Terms for details.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from the contact address on file, referencing the relevant invoice. We will respond within 5 working days.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish or EU consumer law, where applicable.
