The price you see is the price you pay: no VAT added, no retainer. You keep paying only for your own domain name (and Shopify's fee, if you choose a Shopify shop).

A fast site that works on phones and that Google can list, designed around the one thing you need visitors to do: call, book or ask.

Yours to keep

The site goes on your own domain and your own free Cloudflare hosting account; I set both up and hand you the keys. Afterwards the only cost that keeps coming is the domain renewal, paid to your registrar. A shop adds the card processor's fee per sale, and Shopify's own plan if you choose Shopify. No hosting bill, no fee to me.
